The Australian Human Rights Commission is recruiting people for Tell Me A Story; a 6-month program where you will work with the Commission to produce six short (up to 2 min) videos about ordinary people taking extraordinary human rights actions in your community.
How do I enter?
- Create a video of 2 mins or less on a human rights story, featuring one of the following themes: freedom, respect, equality or belonging
- Complete THIS entry form
- Register your password and upload your story
DEADLINE EXTENDED. Entries must be submitted by 9am, Monday 29 October 2012. See the full terms and conditions.
What’s involved?
You don’t have to be Steven Spielberg--you could film stories using your iPhone-- but we are looking for people who can find and tell compelling human rights stories from their community!
We’ll provide you with a free 1-day training session in Sydney and then you will work with the Commission to produce a 2-minute video on a human rights story from your community each month. The best video each month will win a $300 JB HiFi voucher and the best video overall will win an iPad! The full terms and conditions are here. The program will run from November 2012 - April 2013.
